Synopsis: The film begins with Deen Dayal (Ajit), presumably rich man and an honest heart, a clean boy. But this is all a facade, because it is a horror of the crime called LION in the world. He is the man to prosper, under the black-marketing, smuggling and robbery. Nobody has any idea of his evil deeds. Not even his dear friend IG PN Khanna (Prem Nath). Khanna is very concerned about the sad state of affairs in the city and the state in question. He urges the government to bring the inspector Prabhakar(Shatrughan Sinha) to the city, a policeman as he is honest and brave. Prabhakar comes to town and start cracking the criminals with an iron fist. Prabhakar is a widower, has two young children. In addition to their GI Khanna who loves him as his son and treated the children as his grandchildren. After a considerable Prabhakar raids to learn that Deen Dayal is a corrupt man and a demon for the company. He's going to overthrow all the beans before, but was killed by men Din Dayal.
